Uh, have you seen Kimono Shisui's breakthroughs? His mystery can do unmissable damage + interrupt, and his standard is also unmissable, which is great versus annoying dodge ninjas like Minato. He can reset his mystery cooldown faster, and also reflect debuffs which is better than just being immune. To me, this adds up to being a counter to Minato. ta ninjas still have counters. Also when was Masked Man ever in fireworks? I've been playing for like a year and a half and have never seen him there, and I suspect before that he was to close to being me
