Suggestions about getting summon and seal scrolls,or just for the game in general?

In general,my best advice is to make *ternative account.It helps for missions event,plunder,DB,even 3v3 sometimes.In events I always take command flags box,when it's available and for free.I know,it's only 2k coupons,but I find to be more efficient to save 25k for fuku.And being full f2p,every coupon count.

For summon and seals,I just buy from groceries,and do theme arena.Also,recycle your 5 stars ninjas extra frags drop some seals or summons.

From my calculations,I'm around 1700 draws in summon,free draws included.My server is around 700 days old.So there is some luck.+ the fact I also get edo Hashi at the same day,and getting 7 of his frags just from 200 seals,it's a small miracle.
