  • To clarify, if you were previously (but not currently) a Jonin medal holder would renewing during this event qualify for the rebate or would you have to be an active jonin extending it?

It counts as long as you already had a medal once before the cycle starts. Does not matter if it already active or expired. It just cannot be your first time ever buying the jonin medal.
