To clarify, if you were previously (but not currently) a Jonin medal holder would renewing during this event qualify for the rebate or would you have to be an active jonin extending it?

Thanks for the help, after a few more tries in ninja exam I decided against renewing anyways. It doesn't feel worth it at this time, I'd like to see actual new content in the game instead of more pvp.
