we have to remember it IS a NARUTO game, but unfortunately you, and many other in the community who have never watched a single arc of Naruto (part 1 or 2) view it as just another gacha game. I'm disappointed to say that the developers probably don't care too much about the naruto lore EITHER, so they put more effort in progressing the meta and milking cash instead of making ninjas that are accurate with the power scaling of the anime. Hence, why Gekko Hayate, and Genma Shiranui are going to be extremely powerful when they come out, considering they were tokubetsu jonin level, below that of base Kakashi and MS Kakashi. but ofc, they're going to be more powerful than him because Kakashi and kakashi beheading are OLDDDDDDD ninjas. so, it actually is quite difficult to balance lore and the actual meta and progression of the game, and unfortunately the game doesn't deem Susano Sasuke as meta, because even his BTs are kind of outdated, so i dont think they can add irremovable ignition. plus, if they did, there'd have to be more BTs or a sudden debuff change would spark conflict in the community. it's a hard fact to consume for us Naruto Nerds, but it is what it is. tencent is a for-profit company then again...
