the barrier removes buffs when activated so immunity gone, excited mode on round 2 stays

about the warrior killing the 40% attack gone but not sure about the mystery reset

Can any1 tell if his barrier always activates last on 1st round or if the enemy has a higher initiative and a barrier ninja he will get his buffs after he counters madara's barrier?

he activate his barrier at the beginning of round 1, not at the beginning of the battle like other buffs and barriers
