It might be weird (and confusing) to ask but still.

I was using Midnigh Blade for position 1 and focused only him for initiative(Refine, Purify, Charm)

I just recruited Minato Edo Tensei(got lucky in Lucky *) and now using Breeze Dancer with Minato on position 1. Now, I must have really good initiative if I want to utilize his interruption but since I focused on my main before switching, only Rune stones can be give to Minato from main(now BD).

Main character can't be removed from lineup so he will always be the fist ninja in Strengthening interface, the one I focused on before switching. Since I focused on my main only before switching to BD she kind of have initiative which is of no use.

Is there any way I can transfer those Ini stats(Refine, Purify, Charm) from Main(position 4) to Minato(position 1) ?
