  • maybe u misunderstand his passive

    his passive will give all hyuga clan member's evasion by 20%, including those who doesn't have an evasion skill to begin with,

    so don't worry, he dont need a buff, and you can still favor him

ya but who would use a full hyuga team....most of current hyugas in game aren't so good to form a whole team by their own :)
