Well well, this team iam using in Space-Time + Normal fights and its Kushina/Minato killer, ill throw u some pics of the team.

My power is 540k

As you can see, the key thing for me is to have Zetsu first (with bad equip) and Kakuzu on 2nd pos with top equipment.

For main, dont bother using Wind/Light, best i found is Earth and then Water (mostly earth) i used those talents for any team:

3rd pos ninja is hardest to pick because you cant use Akatsuki (kakuzu would sometimes heal them instead zetsu) my suggestions for 3rd ninjas are :
Hashirama (any with ST) , Naruto *y jutsu , Ibiki , Gaara kazekage , Temari Swimsuit (ST), Madara Edo, Minato Edo, Asuma windblade
