In terms of price, naruto would be the cheapest but he would be the weakest in comparison when sasuke and minato have their skill breaks. In terms of power, minato but it would cost a lot to work on as you need him at 4*

I don't know if you are willing to save but if you can, build a minato team and get him to 4*. If you can't, choose a naruto team.

I would recommend to get Minato Namikaze [Edo Tensei], because he is the best out of the 3

Naruto [Sage of Sixth Path] is outdated
Sasuke [Rinnesharingan] is good, but he needs much support, and lacks damage even with breakthroughs
Minato Namikaze [Edo Tensei] is the best out of the 3, because he is just so annoying to deal with with his debuffs dodges etc.

Minato Namikaze [Edo Tensei] is mostly every weeks event's, so piecing him will be easier. However u need to understand that Sasuke [Rinnesharingan] or Minato Namikaze [Edo Tensei] needs to be 4* to be useful

In my opinion currently the best 3* Ninja would be Kakashi [Summer]

Yes lol he has skill trials, they're very good. Have you somehow not seen them? Seems like almost everyone is using BT Edo Minato these days.

Once you get his BT I don't think wind main is the best option. Minato BT will refresh his own mystery cooldown and you don't need Wind main for that. I'd go like, Lightning main and use his Anbu Tactics boost, or Earth main for the shields.
