If you have to go with that team, I think it's better set up like this:

There's not much point in putting Pain Shurado in pos 4 because his mystery is a round 1 interrupt type. This means you want him to be in pos 2 to stop an opponent from setting up a barrier, shields, extra standard (eg. bee, suit iruka). Nagato has a non-prompt (not instant) mystery so putting him in pos 2 doesn't do much either. Since you are going to be waiting for it anyway, just put him in pos 4. And put the Natural Draining passive on Wind main so that you should get enough chakra in round 1 or 2 to use Nagato either at the end of round 1 or in round 2 with Minato.

However....if you post all your ninjas I'm sure a better team could be made. Suit Minato is more of a support ninja anyway and not the best pos 1.

Use Katsuyu if you have her fully upgraded to recover health AND remove one layer of debuffs. If not use ninja dog Shiba.
