Dear Admin, I hope you can please help me out with this issue.

Platform (Browser -Chrome, Firefox etc / Mini client) : Mini Client

Server number : S853 Blue Bronze

Character name : DrunkenPro

UID (Facebook account - you can find your UID on the bottom of the Facebook page, Oasis account - go to your profile page and click on your avatar) :300059867446914

Description of the problem you are experiencing: Earlier without the VPN I used to log the client and play the game but now the game loads but does not open up (Black screen). If VPN activated then the game loads. However VPN is not free.

Are you using VPN ? : At present YES.

The issues has been there from 01/07/2020. Please help !!

As instructed, I have done but the problem is still the same. However, If i connect via VPN the game loads. Without VPN the game loads to 100 % then the black screen appears. Earlier for past few months, I have been plaything without connecting to VPN. I have also gone through various thread as posted in troubleshooting. But yet the problem is the same,

No yet. It loads and then black screen. Its the same even after i press the icon at the bottom left

I have checked the same and also un installed & re-installed Flash & Mini Client. The same problem is occurring. Please help us we are missing the Fun, Friends, Events and Rewards. ErrorURL Failedflash

HELP,


I'm still unable to play the game and even today it's still the same. I have missed all my cps and rewards and today is 18th. I recharged and Im unable to play the game. I hope u will give compensation for it. The game does not work in Mini-client and Browser. HELP HELP !!

Hi,

The problem is still the same. Please help. We are loosing daily cps and rewards. Its 18th of this month, OMG so many cps I have missed.
