I think Pains cudgel is just ninja tool which we could obtain on 80 lvl.

My guess is its a lvl 80 ninja tool and its looks like the black chakra receiver pain uses.

I would assume the Cudgel will fill the "cane" slot that opens at lv70.
The refine event is basically you refine 1 level under "Strengthen" and after that you get approx 1/4 of the bar filled? (eg. 25/100 runes will be automagically credited to your refinement bar)

I'm wondering if buying it is worth it or not, if you have sarutobi's cane from level 70 team instance already.

Thanks. I'm not very familer with forum, so totally missed the announcement. Appreciate the effort.

The one I currently own now, they have pretty similar stats. So, as a f2p player, it might not be worth it. But it's a pretty rare drop and even then you have to be lucky to get it (20% chance, bad rng). So if someone don't have it yet or still low level, this can be an excellent purchase.

I would take the cudgel cause of the better bonuses i just don't like the control and water resistance from the pain black cudgel.

Stats are random. Its not sure you gonna have control on it. It can have around 4-6 different stat.
based on the numbers, its can be green, blue or purple. I have the golden mask and the golden necklace, both have 6 stat and the necklace dont have control stat.
