S853, S850. Plese help us. Its been 4 days we havent played. I hope you can fix it and give compensation. Today's pic. Its the same even after clicking on the bottom left icon which helps to solve black screen issue.

  • I have tested all server mentioned in this post, and all seem to be operating well with other players being online. Please ensure there is no issue with your internet, and that you are running the most updated version of flash.

Dear Sir,


I would like to inform you that, my flash player is updated to the latest, internet is absolutely fine. This problem started only from 01/07/2020 and until date I have been facing it and earlier I had no issues. I have been using mini client for more than 4 months and never faced such problem. Even today also I try to log but its the same. It's been 1 week we havent played and its really frustrating when investments are made for the game. Please help us out many others are also facing the same issue. Again

Yes, I have uninstall and re-installed Flash and Mini client. its the same problem. Please help us to resolve this issue. We are loosing so much fun, friends, events and rewards.
