I keep getting system error message when I try to renew my monthly cards. Can u guys fix this problem as immediate as possible please ? I want to renew them today while I can gain benefit from time limited shop.

in fact just noticed it's not just monthly cards renewal. All systems related to ingots spending are failing and getting a system error message. It's serious so you got better fix the issue soon

Alright, it turns out this was an easy fix, and this problem has been corrected. You should now be able to use ingots. Please try using some now, and thanks for letting us know!

ohh and btw appearantly due to my previous attempts on ingots spending stuff system consumed approximately 2k ingots of mine with the fix tho it ddin't work back then . I had around 35700 ingots before. Spent 900 for monthly cards yet it's 32.867 now. Will you fix that either ?

I have similar problem

I had 79 ingots yesterday. When I used ingots yesterday, the server always showed system errors.

But now after the server maintence, I only had 9 ingots.
