The people who have enough coupons for every fuku deal most likely recharge and buy Naruto's Froggy, even without the last step that event gives around 17k coupons, so you can fairly easily reach the 20/25k thresholds. Including the last step you can get over 30k coupons.

You don't. There's a coupon calculator out there for the game and you can see how long it will take to get coupons. Myself as a current f2p, I can get 20k coupons every 3-4 months.

F2Ps can't do fuku deals everytime it comes. Like HolotheWiseWolf said, it takes 3-4 months if a f2p saved their coupons. If you have issue with gaining coupons within that timeframe, look for ways to earn coupons and learn not to spend since there are some who have said they can't wait to spend while trying to save.

Don't forget that the event also considers ingots as well, so whales can easily do fuku deals everytime they want to.

a f2P player can get in a range of 4500/5500 cupos in 30 days. If you want to get a lot of power very good ninja frqgs ... do what i do .. 1. moons scrolls give you 66k per week you use 60 to buying 300 keys, in a month would be 1200 ... 2 the events of one another takes approximately 1 month .. save 3600 coupons you use in greate plates event and you will earn 500/700 keys added to the previous 1200 + 600 + (keys that you win throughout the month). for every 1100 keys you use you acquire 1 golden essence .. this is worth 6k / 7k in coupons and apart you will earn 140 keys and roulette items .. the greate plates is the best .. since trembling helps you to get refine so you can complete other events and win cool items ... apart you gain experimental vials and protection so don't get saturated to get the full skills.
