Let's set aside my position and give you a suggestion as your fellow player. If you are planning to create a new account or character in a new server, you better do it now. Some of the Recharge Related Events usually become available after 7 to 14 days of server age from its opening and our 4th Year Anniversary is coming soon which is around 2nd to 3rd week of July. I guess you know what I'm trying to say so, up to you.
