most tag last 1 turn

as previously posted, the turn depends on your character whether it already move or not that round

if your character not move yet, then tag applied, it only last for that round only

if your character already moved (eg. your P1), then tag applied (eg from opponent P2 or P3 or P4), then tag will continue until next round (basically still 1 turn because your tagged char already moved)
