their can be 2 situations like this:

1. somehow a Chaos land of that ninja (for example Kushina). Chaos will overwrite Immobile, thus making the Immobile go away.

2. your team has another source of Immobile that lasts 1 round only (for example your own Kushina). After your Kurenai mystery on the opponent's Kushina, you proc a combo on that Kushina, causing your Kushina to chase and land that Immobilr on the opponent's Kushina. The 1 round Immobile will overwrite the last-till-the-end-of-next-round Immobile, so next round the Immobile will go away.

If non of those scenerioes are your cases, i'd suggest wait for tyler to report, or try to remake that scenerio, record (or screenshot) it, and send to Customer Service.

the suppress immunity also lasts till the end of next round too, so even Kushina or Edo Minato cant clear it themselves without a help from another ninja
