Hello!
Just like what BustCheeksDesu, you might have accidentally combined it with others. Each time you feed a rune to other runes, it always gives a prompt message about it you might have clicked Yes without reading it that the other rune will eat up your Quick. Try to remember if that's what happened, thank you.

They did not want to return me my rune had the lock / padlock was blocked. How am I going to sacrifice my rune of months ... Hmm.
The question here is, did you locked your Quick Rune right after you redeem it because from what I'm seeing in your screenshot, your Inferno Rune is locked and feeding that rune to your Quick Rune that has not locked will result to Inferno Rune eating your Quick. If that's the case then it is Player Error and the game will not give it back to you unless Game Error or Bug is the reason why you lost it.
