Aight hear me out im an old player but ive never been able to understand how these treasures work. When i played on my main server i was getting 2 itachi susanno frags every 60 seals and now on another account im getting 1 per 60 seals. Like whats going on can someone explain it to me?

    Getting 1 or 2 fragments of Ultra Rare Ninjas from Treasures every 50~70 Seal Scrolls is random. It doesn't have any meaning other than a Random Chance. Thank you.
