so its not really isolated. i have 3 chars on 3 servers gato(hk) kankuro(eu) and tayuya. all of them the event ends at 9/23. as soon as my gato(hk) event is gone, i immediately get my rewards at kankuro and tayuya server. so in the end, i didnt get my rewards on gato(hk) coz it said that the event ends at 9/23 which i think is a bug.

so if any gm/mods can you help me claim my rewards because i think its not really my fault for not getting it.

same I havent change my poin but buy enough box as is it has count down before event ends.... I wish there is no player suffer from miss lead event date anymore...:(:'(

typo? what are you saying its system generated. can you just ask them to send it to us thru mail? the event has ended yeah but you can like send them like the compensation.

Dear ninja, the deadline of the event are different according to Players' computer time-zone.
Your groupmate's timezone are earlier than you , that's why the deadline is 9/21 for him. while it's 9/23 for you.
You could try with this: change your computer's time zone, make it the same with your groupmate, then the deadline will be the same.

No it is not my computer time zone shows different with server timezone. That I can guarantee that. If developer can support player please send the rewards they should get via mails. Players will appreciates it. Just suggestion. Thanks you
