in my kankuro server the event ends at 9/23 on my hot topics. and i ask my groupmate and it says theirs is 9/21.

as my previous post about my Gato(HK) server its the same. so it mislead me and didnt claim the rewards.

can you help me recover or claim my rewards on HK server because i think its unfair because the date mislead me. TY

so its not really isolated. i have 3 chars on 3 servers gato(hk) kankuro(eu) and tayuya. all of them the event ends at 9/23. as soon as my gato(hk) event is gone, i immediately get my rewards at kankuro and tayuya server. so in the end, i didnt get my rewards on gato(hk) coz it said that the event ends at 9/23 which i think is a bug.

so if any gm/mods can you help me claim my rewards because i think its not really my fault for not getting it.
