on topic of edo minato how does his dodge break work? i have it +2 but mine dodges maybe 1 out of every 40 standard attacks and I have actually retired him because of mine gets cut through like paper, but I have faced so many others in drawn out matches and their's have dodged every single standard for 10 rounds, I dont get what differentiates them, some cases had vast power gaps, but not all, and still mine doesn't work. What is the deciding factor in the effectiveness of supposedly chance based skills?
