Looking at that list, you don't have anyone "meta." You can still make some strong teams, but considering your power gap as well as working on your ninjas, well, unless you recharge its going to be about 4 months to get a "meta" lineup.

Problem you have is that most meta ninjas are skill trial ninjas and you need 4 stars for that, which you don't even have those ninjas recruited. So best you can do is kushina, since you have her recruited, get her to 4 stars for about 16k.

if you are stuck in quarantine, bored, and you can treat this as a video game,meaning you can have fun= Sure, * around

if you have literally any other options to pass some time or you get frustrated/bothered by losing to fatter wallets= No.

Not much has changed to be honest, some new power features and some new characters, but the biggest change for day to day playing of this game is that the current metas are 1 million times slower and more boring to face than the old. Even if you know you cant win so you dont use mysteries you are still in for 8-10 of the most boring rounds you have ever witnessed.

But if you pay attention to any of this, make it this one thing. you will never catch up on power, unless you are ready to throw literally tens of thousands of dollars at this game there is no physically possible way ( short of becoming an oasis staff member) that you could catch up to people who have incrementally been gaining power and continue to do so
