ta, but I ask for the love of everything that is good, why is kimono shisui getting a BT instead of koto shisui? Kotoamatsukami shisui's been in the game for roughly 4-3- ish years and he is in my opinion the only shisui that needed a BT. but they gave a BT to kimono shisui? what sense does that even make? Why give a BT to the version of a character in different clothes, but not to the original? Y'know, Tencent, the one that's been in the game since 2016-17? I don't know what they're doing. Oasis isn't in charge of creating the game you know. Tencent, who owns the China server, is the one who creates the game and gives the license for Oasis for other regions just so you are aware. Shisui was ended back in Oct 2017 if you were wondering.
Shisui Kimiono is not even good in comparision to regular shisui in terms of skills, which is why they added the BTs

ta. People playing at high levels don't use shisui anymore, not in pvp at least. I've actually haven't seen people use either one of them seriously. Once again, this is cool. It's a new BT. But I hate the fact that before they give Kotoamatsukami Shisui at BT, they give a BT to him but in different clothes? I just don't understand the decision. -

Again - it's about skills. Kimono *s at the moment while regular shisui is still reliable in mid-game. End-game players already have other options to use and frankly, regular shisui does not work for the me
ta they are fighting in, which happens to be buff related teams to give high damage (kakashi kimono, halloween kimimaro), chakra related teams, enfeeble teams, or jinchuriki teams that focus with kushina or edo minato as p1.
