Oasis isn't in charge of creating the game you know. Tencent, who owns the China server, is the one who creates the game and gives the license for Oasis for other regions just so you are aware. Shisui was ended back in Oct 2017 if you were wondering.
Shisui Kimiono is not even good in comparision to regular shisui in terms of skills, which is why they added the BTs

ta. People playing at high levels don't use shisui anymore, not in pvp at least. I've actually haven't seen people use either one of them seriously. Once again, this is cool. It's a new BT. But I hate the fact that before they give Kotoamatsukami Shisui at BT, they give a BT to him but in different clothes? I just don't understand the decision.
Again - it's about skills. Kimono *s at the moment while regular shisui is still reliable in mid-game. End-game players already have other options to use and frankly, regular shisui does not work for the me
