I haven't found him in files (maybe different build of game) its hard to find exact ninjas without direct acess to the files like Proxy have :P

But as far as i know there are only "clues" that tells us he will be Seasson ninja but it doesnt necessary mean he is already in-game, they could simply add him last week before seasson ends.
