This team works best if you have Danzo's Y+1 or Y+2 mystery and his Y passive (the barrier one - it needs to be the Y form so that it will buff Wind ninjas as well). Basically Danzo is filling in for someone like Edo Itachi here. If you want more safety with this team, you can run the Ninjutsu Urge passive on Fire main instead of Red Lotus Secret, but you only get a 15% ninjutsu increase instead of 40%, and Kushina can't reset her mystery if she defeats a unit. Pros and cons with each, but yeah if you find this team too frail you can switch to the ninjutsu urge one.

If you don't have those BT on Danzo or if you just don't like that team, you can try this:

Some versatility in this team with Iruka. If you need him to interrupt someone setting up in round 1 you c*e his mystery for that. Otherwise, you c*e the other form of it on Kushina to give her 2 standard attacks, like Seven Swords Bee would. You could also run this team with Fire main if you wanted to use Red Lotus Secret and maybe get Kushina's mystery cooldown reset more with that. But generally, Kushina teams are about staying around as long as possible so she can get her scaling. Earth main's shields and Minato's passive will help you do that.

This is just kind of a fun team. Probably not as good as the other ones but it's a bit more blitzy (fast) if you prefer that style of fights.
