He would be the cancer of the game. There are 4 slots to a lineup for a reason, build a team to support his weaknesses and build on his strength. He is very usable across all forms of PVP for players of all bp. His Y+2 Fear passive is deadly when there are at least 2 of him on the field and his ability to kill the immortal Kushinas running def/res stacking makes him invaluable.

If you want, you can ask me and/or the rest of the community for a line up to better utilize him but there is no need to ask for him to be further buffed then he already is.
