Does anyone know if the new Kushina's passive counts toward Rinne Sasuke's rather unique skill break?

I had this thought ever since seeing the new Kushina's kit. Her passive while useful would be restrained to only about40 chakras per round which doesn't sound super beneficial considering that would only lead to about +32% attack (which is respectable) but only +12% crit (which is the biggest draw to her as a support in my opinion). However, if her passive also counts Sasuke's Chakra absorb then that can turn into a +80% attack boost and a monstrous +30% crit boost every round.

Can anyone who already has Kushina and Sasuke test this potential boost out? I don't want to buy her for 15k-20k coupons when she is available for non-money spenders only to learn she is a bust.
