Hello im quite new to NO. I have put 120 seal scrolls into getting roshi out of jin treasure so far in my new server. From the missions mobilized event i have gotten about 10 kushina red hot blooded habanero fragments out of 80. How easy will it be to get her from other events i really want her and how often does her fragments appear in events im free to play by the way.
