Itachi's "Dream" state can be removed when the opponent has enough chakra (>30 i believe), so if they have that much and use a skill that will remove debuffs, "Dream" is going to be removed as well.

The same goes for it being removed from immune ninjas on round change. You can keep it on if at the end of the round their chakra is low enough, otherwise immunity will remove it.
