You're forgetting 2 more things about this Madara: he's immune to ninjutsu and his chase *s 100 chakra.
It all depends on the specific team built around Kakuzu I guess. For my team (with Asuma WB and fire main) Edo Itachi's dream is never a problem and he dies pretty fast too. Kimono Itachi is the real Kakuzu destroyer but luckily not many people use him, so can be ignored.
