Team ninja exams don't get their difficulty lowered. Single ninja exams gets their difficulty lowered depending on amount of people completed...after some time.

Thanks for the reply. I should've clarified that I was talking about the single ninja exam. Those have not had their difficulties lowered after the server merge happened last week. So I was wondering if it was bugged/or if server merge doesn't lower the difficulty.

Click on Ninja exam heroes *on located at ninja exam, then click on details....it should show if it is lowered or not.

Ours def did get lowered after merge because Ninja Exam Heroes ranking shows people from multiple servers...and difficulty lvl did drop according to amount of people that passed it(with time ofc). If it is glitched contacting customer support might help.

bobsalot, are you certain that the difficulty has not been lowered? Is the interface displaying that the difficulty has not been lowered, or some other bug? The difficulty should automatically decrease with the new server you are on with increased number of players that have beaten it.

Here is a screenshot of level 125 having been cleared by 20 people but the difficulty was only lowered 2/7 times.

The last 2 picture shows that 2 people have cleared level 300 but the difficulty has been lowered 0/7 times.

OK, Yes, I do see now that is definitely in error. I will submit this bug to the developers for you!
EDIT: You've censored out the names on your screenshot, which makes this process more difficult. Can you tell me if the players that beat the ninja exam are from your original server or not from your server?

My original server is S1345:How Sword

This issue applies to both cases where only my server member(s) beat it, and cases of where my server members and other server members beat it. I have uncensored the server beside the names.

1st picture shows multiple server people beating it but only lowered 2/7

2nd picture is my server and other server member beating it but difficulty lowered 0/7

3rd picture is my server member beating it, but lowered 0/7

And how many times have people from server S1325 beaten ninja exam 125?

Alright, that's what I suspected. It looks like you're pulling data from your host server, and other servers aren't being taken into account. I'll forward all this information to the devs. For future reference, it's best if you include all relevant screenshots (scroll all the way up on the Ninja Exam 125 screen shot, for example, to show all players involved) and don't censor out information so we can figure this out more quickly.
