Don't think it is a bug tbh..you c*e ibiki on your team...can be useful when used on ninjas like edo hiruzen and with one of edo deidara breaks. Some ninjas can negatively affect your own I guess...like kimmimaro Halloween also buffs the enemy...masked m*so affects your jinchuriki. But ofc no need to use him on your own team...if it is a bug they will fix after mod reporting .
