Hi guys, hope you all doing good!

My brother has a problem. He was playing all day and after a break for dinner, he was not able to log anymore. It says : User does not exist.

He never shared his user/pass or anything like that and he is playing since a long time.

He still can go in the «Forget password» interface and change it (we think? can't confirm cuz can't connect...). I mean, if he still can changes the password it is because the user still exist no?

Someone know how why it happens or how to fix the bug?
