Hello,
Many people wish to retain their team for continued use with new members after someone has left. They might also not appreciate individuals being able to forcibly close/delete their team by joining then immediately leaving. As such, it is recommended that the "leave team" or "disband team" *on is used when a team is no longer wanted.
However, I will pass this suggestion along to the devs as a toggle option for players.
