Coupons are sent separately from the other rewards from season ranking. Coupons are sent immediately upon opening the season user interface, before clicking the confirmation box to accept the rewards, thus it can be easy to miss that these coupons are being credited, as they fly away to the coupon stack in the upper left hand corner of your screen under any opened user interface panes (which also subsequently darken the background), so unless careful note was taken of the exact coupon amount prior to opening the season UI, it can be difficult to tell if there was a change.

If you still believe there was an error with your season rewards, please open up a customer server ticket!
