I recommend ibiki personally, he is I think the most underutilized support characters in the game.

suppress immunity for mulitple rounds and causes torture and drains chakra and increases damage to units under torture/immobile by 40%, true to get full use out of him you need to either be fire main or have a ninja with reflect, but in the current state of the game he is like edo itachi on roids.

The only ninja, (I think), feel free to correct me if im wrong that he cant control is nagato with sb, but that nagato is broken. Other than that one exception ibiki can perfectly counter kushi/kakashi summer/bee 8 tails/edo minato/6p
