my guess because it says that you need to have kakashi summer summer for one of the achievements and another thing thy have the same ability called hot blooded summer so it has to be a person closer to kakashi summer
Doesn't matter. This mission on March required GNW Madara and he has barely anything to do with Karui who was Spring Season ninja. These missions are more about making people spend ingots and coupons to get hard to obtain ninjas than anything else.

No because i tested it and i had 2 madaraedo frags and it was still at 2 after claiming its shin the anbu guy i did a frag check before claiming and i got 3 shin frags
