I tried using them in case they were just invisible but that did not work either. So some bug happened and i was not rewarded my 20 great keys and when i tried to claim another option to see if i could at least get others after reloading, they did not show up either. Please help! Reply

Hello,
Often this occurs when the player's inventory is full. Have you checked your mailbox to see if the keys were sent there?
