I'm totally confused why other players who are level 30-40 (edited 51 by now and we're in 7th day on our server: late upload of the photo) Have a advance ninja like Beheading kakashi and Ay (third raikage) in thier line up. some one told me that they got it in seal treasure only. Is that even possible or they just bought it with Money ? (server 1525 HK)

Ay is probably from fireworks event,Beheading sword Kakashi is rare from Tendo treasure,common from Edo Tensei and Land of Lightning treasure,and can be obtained from collection scrolls too.

Currently there is absolutely no way to get Ay 3rd on a 4 days old server. Is this guy a staff member? Send screenshots or a server ID i wanna see it lol.

If he reach lvl 60 and buy 240 seal scrolls,it's totally possible.

OP said their level is 30-40 and you can't reach lvl 60 that fast anyway

Ay[3rd Raikage] was in summer memorial pack which cost 20 coupons and you can get him by luck which is greatly increased in case of new players on a new server.

Kakashi[beheading sword] from that test ninja thing.

he is one of my member in group, he is extremely lucky to get Ay in just 60 coupons.
