kidomaru, kikimaro and a healer, heard this formation is super good and annoying

If the Healer is Kabuto, than yes, that formation is annoying, but you have to go into Life, Resistance, Defence, and get it as high as possible for ALL characters :D

Hmmm... can you tell me in what order I should arrange them and what talents I should use?

The above team might be good at the start, but will not fare well in later levels. Your main bet here is kidomaru shield and kimimaru passive. Opponent can dps down your kidomaru real fast, then work through others.
Use a team that can kill fast. Above said team can do amazing sometimes in arena (Kidomaru can become a wall there is you can manage to keep him alive long enough).
Curse team can be pretty anooying and strong if you can manage to keep them alive, but that's their weakness too.

Do you have any other team suggestions then?
