Minato have tons of dodge > Bee nothing. Bee is very weak against any kimimaro teams

Minato have weakness or defense shred > Bee's heal and defense shred works only on tai and tai/nin dmg. Kakuzu auto's are not affected

Minato can easy reset with initiative or ninjas like Madara edo, itachi edo who start combo very often > Bee need to have 70%hp+ for reset

edit : you can't have chase which supress immunity + reset on Bee. You have to choose.

Bee without initiative is very easy to interrupt + definitvly s*ck against chakra drain team + interrupt
