Kimi can still increase enemy mystery cooldown by a good amount, so either way your opponent will skip his Nuke turn in round 2 and stay afk mostly. Even though you need to aim at his nuker in round 1 and if he has dodge then you need to drop it somehow with standarts, mystery and etc. Same way you can block enemy Hiruzen in turn 1 and 2 if your Kimi is faster.
