What will be the recommendation to working on maxing the last bit or skills.

Specifically the Rinne bellow - 80 frags for +1 on attack, no idea how much it will be on +2

Then the Minato, let's say he is quite good like this but if I decide to max the passive - I cannot buy it with frags.

  • You change it to +1,then you can buy with frags.

Gotcha, what about Rinne. Do folks trust the rng to get the last skill or generally recommended to use frags.

  • I had this situation when ST Kakuzu,wasted tons of protections,and ended up just buying the frags and get the skill.

Any idea how many frags for +2?

  • Usually +1 is 80,+2 is 100 frags.

  • Hello,

    If you do not believe into getting a +2 (which is not always easy) I recommend to get the +1 which is easier and then use 100 fragments for the +2

    I have personally done that for Minato Edo's last skill.

I am not soo gready, I would settle for +1 but I already spend to many for no change.
