so they froze me from recharging because of disrupted orders. What should I do? Customer service/support doesn't even help me, so i need alternative for my account to unfreeze.

Stop using credit cards and make unauthorized recharges from another people credit cards.

Anyway, the image says to wait until your disputes have concluded. You would more than likely have to pay back the disputed charges before they'd move forward with anything. Just do what it says and contact customer support.

Well, in the picture it says "disputed charges" which means he or she tried to obtain a refund for the money spent. That doesn't mean they're stealing other people's credit cards to commit * and you shouldn't just casually accuse people of doing it.

I think in these kinds of p2w games they always lock the accounts first in case of charge backs and the like because lots of kids use stolen credit card details they get on the Internet because they want to spend but don't have the money . And don't make chargeback a and still expect to play.
