In my opinion, it is better if you will move on pulling in Great Ninja War Treasure, especially that you are a Lightning Main. You can get Mist Swordsman Ninjas from that treasure such as Jinpachi, Kushimaru, and others as well as getting fragments of Hashirama Senju [Edo Tensei]. The Land of the Lightning Treasure has also good ninjas in it but it is most likely used up until mid-gaming only, kinda same for the Great Ninja Treasure but it is much better since each pulls you do will count towards getting Madara Uchiha [Founder of Konoha] or Naruto [Kurama Cloak] which is usable up to later-gaming.
