2-3-2-2-1 and purple Deer
on 1st turn go Anko's mystery and put up barrier, on 2nd turn Main mystery to burn them, on 3rd Karin and Kurenai. You have Kurenai's deflection of 1 debuff, and Main's deflection too - so you'll be safe.
